The Values-Based Culture Assessment ProcessŪ (VCAP) is designed to assess employees' perceptions of how well their organization is living its stated values, those usually found in its vision and/or mission statement.
The results provide the organization's leaders a unique and powerful perspective on how their employees view the integrity with which its stated values are being practiced throughout the organization. The results also suggest opportunities for strengthening the way in which the stated values are practiced.
